A signed contract, rental payment in full and a $350 security fee are required to reserve the Henn Mansion. The security fee is refunded to the renter within 10-14 days following the event if the Mansion is vacated by the end of the contract time and the mansion is left in the condition in which it was found. Set-up and tear-down (clean-up) time are part of the contracted time.

Terrace furniture is available at an additional charge.
